ASAP is the AceMax Student Ambassador Program: Class XII, A-Levels and university students who bring AceMax to their own campus. Its purpose is to puthigh-quality, affordable ECAT and BCAT prep within reach of every student in Pakistan, and to do it through peer-to-peer trust rather than ads. Along the way, ambassadors buildreal marketing, community and leadership skills, and move up four tiers of rewards as their campus grows.

    The people who trust your advice most already sit next to you every day.

    This is the everyday part of the role. You are already in the class group chats and the corridors where entry-test prep gets talked about, so when someone asks where to find past papers or how to practise for ECAT or BCAT, you are the one with a real answer.

    Keep it short and sound like yourself: a message that reads like an advert gets ignored like one. Your playbook has ready messages for the moments that come up most, with your own code already filled in, and anyone who subscribes on it for three months or longer gets extra time free.

    One conversation with the right teacher can reach a whole Class XII section at once.

    Here you take AceMax beyond your own circle, to the counselors and teachers who guide students through entry-test season. The ask is small and specific: twenty minutes at the end of one period to show the platform yourself. There is nothing to install, nothing for the school to buy and no change to the timetable.

    A pitch template is in your playbook, and if a school or academy wants access for its students, the AceMax team takes the conversation from there. Bringing an academy, coaching centre or college of at least 50 students into a signed partnership also pays PKR 10,000 per institute, separate from the tiers.

    When a question looks wrong, an explanation is unclear or your board changes the syllabus, you tell the team directly. You know what your school teaches and how your classmates study, which is exactly the view nobody at a desk has.

From application to ambassador

Three steps take you from the form to your own referral code, and a real person from the AceMax team is behind every one of them.

  1. Submit your application

    One short form about you, where you study and how you would bring AceMax to your classmates.

    It takes about three minutes. Alongside your answers you add two identity images and tick the consent box, so have those and your WhatsApp number ready before you start.

    The written answer is your chance to sound like yourself. There is no right script: write how you would actually introduce AceMax to the people you sit next to every day.

    Two kinds of student apply. Class XII and A-Levels students bring the classroom itself: daily presence, college societies and the grade-level group chats. University students bring credibility, because they sat the entry test and made it.

    Leadership does not have to mean a title. Running a club, sitting on a student council, debating, or keeping a busy class group going all count.

  2. Application review

    An official AceMax team member reads every application in full.

    A reviewer reads what you wrote and looks at three things: how clearly you communicate, how many students you can actually reach, and whether you genuinely want to do this. Your marks are not one of them.

    If you are shortlisted, the team gets in touch to set up a call. Being shortlisted is not being accepted: nobody is told they are in before anyone has spoken to them.

    Shortlisting sends nothing automatic. You hear from a person on the team, who arranges the call with you directly.

    • Grades: not part of the review at all

  3. One-on-one call

    A short call with the team over Google Meet or Zoom: the interview and your handover in one.

    The team uses the call to get to know you and see whether the role fits. It runs both ways, so ask whatever you need before you commit, from what the work looks like to how tiers are counted.

    There is no separate onboarding session afterwards. If the call goes well, the handover happens right there, so you leave the meeting with everything you need to start.

    Come with questions. It is the best moment to ask how your code, approved purchases and the dashboard fit together before any of it is yours.

  4. You’re in

    Your acceptance, your dashboard key and a free month of AceMax Pro arrive by email.

    Acceptance is confirmed at the end of your call, so the email lands while you are still on it, and the team walks you through your code, key and dashboard live.

    You start as a Rookie, and every approved purchase on your code counts from day one. Catalyst is 15 purchases. Leader is 50 purchases or one institutional connection, and Master is 100 or a school partnership you close.

FAQs

The things students ask us most. If yours is not here, it is a fair question to bring to your call.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Applying is free, and so is being an ambassador. It runs the other way: you start with a free month of AceMax Pro, and at Catalyst you get AceMax Premium free.

Will this eat into my own exam prep?

You set your own pace. Tiers count approved purchases on your code, not hours logged, and most of the work is sharing AceMax with people you already talk to every day.

Do I need to be a topper to apply?

No. The review looks at communication, campus reach and genuine enthusiasm, not your grades. What helps is being active and well connected: a student council, a society, debate, or running your class group chat.

How many ambassadors are you taking?

The first cohort is 10 to 15 ambassadors nationwide. It is small on purpose, so the team can actually train, support and answer every one of them.

What if my school will not let me run a session?

Then you take another route. Leader needs 50 approved purchases on your code or one institutional connection, so a school that says no does not block you. It is still worth trying elsewhere: any academy, coaching centre or college of 50 or more students that signs a partnership through you pays PKR 10,000, and it does not have to be your own.

I have already started university. Can I still join?

Yes. University students who recently cleared their own entry tests are one of the two cohorts. Juniors listen to someone who has just done it, which makes you the most credible mentor they have.

How do I get credit for people I bring in?

Through your own referral code, which looks like ASAPAHD3247. A purchase made with it counts for you once the payment is approved, not when a receipt is uploaded, and your tier is worked out from that count. Buyers gain too: extra time on any plan of 3 months or longer.

What do I get for being active?

From the day you are accepted you are a Rookie, with a free month of AceMax Pro, your referral code and the outreach toolkit. At 15 approved purchases you become a Catalyst: free AceMax Premium, the official ASAP certificate, a verified badge, the VIP community and training in marketing, community growth and leadership.

How do the tiers work?

There are four, counted on approved purchases made with your code. Everyone starts as a Rookie. Catalyst is 15. Leader is 50, or one institutional connection. Master is 100, or a school partnership you closed. You move up on what you have done, not on how long you have been in.

Is there actual money in this, or only perks?

Both, if you take it far enough. Bring an academy, coaching centre or college of at least 50 students into a signed partnership and you get PKR 10,000, at any tier: paid once per institute, at the end of the month it signs, with no cap on how many you bring. At Master, your code pays you 20% of every purchase made with it from the day you get there, shown on your dashboard and paid monthly. Along the way, Leaders get the merch kit and a 1-on-1 admissions session, and Masters get a founders’ recommendation letter and fast-track selection for paid summer internships.
