Does it cost anything to join?
No. ASAP is free to apply to and free to be part of. It runs the other way — active ambassadors receive a free AceMax Premium account rather than paying for one.
Will this eat into my own exam prep?
There is no fixed hourly commitment. Tiers are based on what you actually do, not on hours logged, so you set your own pace. Most of the work is sharing things with people you already talk to every day.
Do I need to be a topper to apply?
No. Screening looks at communication, campus reach and genuine enthusiasm — not your grades. What matters is that you are well connected and active: student council, societies, debate, or admin of the class group chat.
How many ambassadors are you taking?
The first cohort is 50 to 100 students nationwide. It is deliberately small — a group we can actually train, support and answer, rather than a mailing list.
What is a Prepathon?
Prepathon is AceMax’s free weekly test series, open to everyone at prepathon.acemaxpakistan.com. A new 30-question timed test opens every Friday morning and closes Sunday night, students across Pakistan sit the same paper, and the results go on a public leaderboard. One subject per weekend — Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English and IQ for ECAT, and Maths, English and IQ for BCAT. No subscription, no payment.
So what is a School Prepathon?
The same weekend test, sat together as a batch. You arrange one short session in a computer lab or classroom so a whole class registers and attempts it side by side, instead of everyone doing it alone at home. Facilitating one counts as an institutional connection, which is one of the two routes to Leader.
What if my school will not let me run a session?
Institutional outreach is one route, not the only one. Moving up to Leader needs 25+ referrals or one institutional connection — either path counts, so a school that says no does not block you.
I have already started university. Can I still join?
Yes — that is exactly Cohort B. Freshmen and sophomores who recently cleared their own entry tests are the most credible mentors we have, because juniors actually listen to someone who just did it.
Am I expected to work out the outreach on my own?
No. You get copy-paste scripts for class group chats and a ready-made pitch email for counselors and principals, plus flyers and social graphics, in a shared resources channel. The ASAP community also runs announcements, a live leaderboard, and a lounge where you can ask the other ambassadors.
How do I get credit for people I bring in?
You get your own ASAP promo code — it looks like ASAP-AHMED10 — which gives the student a discount and ties them to you. Every time it is used on AceMax the redemption is recorded against your code, and that record is what your referral count and your commission are settled from.
What do I get for being active?
Every active ambassador receives a free AceMax Premium account, an official ASAP certificate, a verified digital badge, access to the ASAP VIP community, and training in digital marketing, community growth and leadership.
How do the tiers work?
There are three. Catalyst is every active ambassador — finish onboarding and refer five active free users. Leader needs 25+ referrals or one institutional connection. Champion is the top tier: 100+ referrals or a school partnership you closed. You move on what you have done, not on how long you have been in.
Is there actual money in this, or only perks?
Both, depending on how far you take it. Every active ambassador gets free AceMax Premium, the certificate and the badge. Leaders earn 15% commission on every paid subscription bought through their code. Champions add a monthly performance stipend and fast-track selection for paid summer internships at AceMax.
