Privacy

ASAP is run by AceMax Pakistan, which operates acemaxpakistan.com. When you apply to be an ambassador, AceMax Pakistan decides what happens to the information you send and is responsible for looking after it.

This page is about the ambassador programme only. Using the AceMax platform itself — tests, past papers, Jojo AI, a subscription — is covered by the AceMax privacy policy and terms of service. If you are both a student on the platform and an ambassador, both apply.

What we collect, and why

Everything on this list comes from the application form. We ask for nothing else.

Your name, email and WhatsApp number — to reply to you about your application, and to reach you during the programme if you are accepted. WhatsApp is where the programme actually runs.
Whether you are at school or university, and which institute — the programme has two cohorts and they are selected separately.
Your target university, if you are still at school — it tells us which campus you are likely to reach.
Your leadership experience and your answer on how you would introduce AceMax — these are what the selection is actually decided on.
Two photographs: your CNIC (or Form-B if you are under 18) and your student ID card — see below.

We collect this because you chose to apply and ticked the consent box to send it. That consent is the only reason we hold any of it, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us — see your rights.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other students, and we do not use it to advertise anything to you.

Your identity documents

The two photographs are the most sensitive thing on the form, so they get their own section.

Why we ask. An ambassador is given a referral code that earns rewards and, at the top tier, money. We have to know that the person holding it is a real student at the institute they named. The two documents together are what establish that, and we have not found a way to run the programme honestly without them.

What happens to them.

They are uploaded straight to private storage. The bucket is not public and the files have no public URL — a link to one cannot be guessed, shared or indexed by a search engine.
Only the ASAP review team can open them, and only after signing in. The links generated to view them expire shortly after they are created.
They are never attached to an email, posted in a group, or shown to another applicant or ambassador.
They are used for one thing: confirming you are who you said you are. They are not checked against any government database and we do not share them with anyone outside the review team.

If you would rather not upload identity documents, please do not submit the form — write to asap@acemaxpakistan.com instead and we will tell you honestly whether there is another way to verify you for that intake.

If you are under 18

Much of Cohort A is Class XII and A-Levels, so some applicants are under 18. The form asks for a Form-B precisely because we expect this.

If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you apply. By submitting the form you are confirming that they know you are applying and are content for you to send us the information above, including the Form-B. A parent or guardian can write to us at any time at admin@acemaxpakistan.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we will act on that the same way we would act on a request from you.

We do not accept applications from anyone under 15.

How long we keep it

If you are not selected — we delete your two identity documents within 90 days of telling you. We keep your name, email and the fact that you applied, so that we can recognise you if you apply to a later intake.
If you are selected — we keep your documents for as long as you are an ambassador, and delete them within 12 months of you leaving the programme. Records of referrals and any payment made to you are kept longer, because they are financial records.
If you ask us to delete something sooner — we will, unless we are required to keep it as a financial record. See below.

Your rights

Write to admin@acemaxpakistan.com from the email address you applied with, and you can ask us to:

tell you what we hold about you;
correct anything that is wrong;
delete your identity documents, or your whole application;
withdraw your application, at any point and for any reason.

We will answer within 30 days. Withdrawing your consent does not get you into trouble and does not affect any other dealing you have with AceMax.

If something goes wrong

If we ever discover that application data has been exposed to someone who should not have seen it, we will tell the people affected directly, by email and on WhatsApp, and say plainly what happened and what we are doing about it.

Programme terms

These are the terms of taking part in ASAP. They are not a contract of employment: an ambassador is not an employee, a contractor or an agent of AceMax, and nothing here creates a job.

Applying and being accepted

Applying is free. Taking part is free. We will never ask you to pay to join, and nobody from AceMax will ever ask you for money.
Selection is at our discretion. Places in an intake are limited and a complete, honest application is not a guarantee of one.
The information you give must be true and about you. An application with someone else's documents, or invented experience, is rejected.

Your code, your tier, and what it pays

Every accepted ambassador gets one referral code. It is yours, it identifies you, and you must not share it as if it were someone else's or use it on your own purchases.
Tiers are counted on approved purchases made with your code: Catalyst at 15, Leader at 50 or one institutional connection, Master at 100 or a school partnership you closed. Everyone starts at Rookie on the day they are accepted.
A purchase counts when it is approved, not when a receipt is uploaded. Refunded, reversed or fraudulent purchases are removed from your count.
Master is the only tier that pays commission — 20% of every purchase made with your code from the day you reach Master. It is never backdated over the climb, and it is paid at the end of each month.
Bringing a coaching centre, academy or college of at least 50 students into a signed partnership pays PKR 10,000, from any tier. It is a one-off per academy, paid at the end of the month it was signed. There is no cap on how many you bring.
Rewards that are not money — a free subscription, the certificate, the badge, merchandise, the recommendation letter — are given at the tier they belong to and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We publish the tier thresholds and rewards on this site and in the programme documents. If we change them, the change applies from the date we announce it and never removes a tier you have already reached or a payment you have already earned.

How you represent AceMax

Be honest about what AceMax does. Do not promise results, marks, or a place at a university.
Do not spam. No mass-messaging strangers, no posting your code where it is not wanted, no buying traffic.
Do not present yourself as an employee of AceMax, or speak on its behalf to a school, the press, or anyone else, without asking us first.
Do not create accounts, purchases or referrals that are not real. This is the one thing that ends a place in the programme immediately, and unpaid commission earned that way is not paid.
Follow the rules of your own school, college or university about promoting things on campus. If your institute says no, that is the answer.

Ending it

You can leave whenever you like — tell us and we will close your code. We can end a place in the programme if these terms are broken, or if the programme itself ends. If your place ends for any reason other than fraud, commission you have already earned is still paid in the next monthly run.

Changes to this page

We will update this page when the programme changes, and the date at the top will change with it. If we change something that materially affects ambassadors, we will say so on WhatsApp rather than expecting anyone to re-read this page.
